| 本文介绍将ＡＩ技术和ＤＳＳ相结合而研制的一个智能支持决策系统ＮＵＩＤＳＳ及其在能源决策管理中的应用，目前，ＡＩ与ＤＳＳ结合的系统正在以很快的速度开发和实现，然而如何将ＤＳＳ与ＡＩ，特别是ＥＳ进行集成仍存在许多问题，该系统对此作了一些探讨。本文将阐述系统的设计与实现并着重介绍模型描述语言，知识库以及推理，最后给出了江苏省能源决策的应用实例。 |

| ntelligent Decision Support Systems are developed at an increasing rate. But there exist many problems of integration of AI and DSS, on which we have done some research while developing the intelligent DSS system, NUIDSS. This paper describes its design and implementation, focusing on model description language, knowledge base and inference. A practical decision instance of emerge is also given in the end. |
