With the rapid development of computer technique．The management infor-mation system(MIS)has used to many professions．This paper puts forward a generation technique of program．The object is to enhance efficiency and quality of development．This method is based on the design idea of component base．The first step is to design the de-scription of a series scenarios of component classes，and then generate program modules．Using this method and technique，the authors have developed some MIS，to finish the de-sign and programming of large MIS，only need a period about two month．
